I am just curious what level of dosage people have done with Iodoral here. Anyone done more than 100mg for an extended period of time, greater than a month or more?
any negative feedback to that amount, more than the expected detox stuff?
I am partly curious because this summer I played with it some, I think some days I did 150 or 200mg. A few of those times I went hiking and my legs felt great, like they used to when I was healthy, like they wanted to keep going. I didn't keep it up for very long because I think I got a little scared about the amount of elemental I was getting in me, but besides getting tired sometimes I can't say I had any negative consequences...
