I wish we had one here, what a fantastic idea. I know a young couple in town, both chefs, who want to start a catering business, but don't have the facilities to cook in bulk, this sort of thing would allow them to start their business, without having to first build the kitchen.

I hope you get the chance to build one of these Cisco :)
