Re: Slow Food International.

Cisco, how do these kitchens work? Do people supply their own food, and use the facilities, or do they share or sell food?

Sounds like a great idea. We don't have anything like a community kitchen here, but we do have community gardens, for growing fruit, vege and herbs. We also have an unofficial barter system, this also works well.

Its amazing what people can achieve, when they get together, the slow food movement is a great example of this, on a global scale.
