Alot of folks here say Senna & Cascara Sagrada are habit forming; any info to the contrary?

Her body is definitely working overtime with the peristalsis, just ineffectively. Afraid to try anything that will soothe smooth muscle cramping as counter-productive but where does that leave us? With get-it-out-quick cleanses?

Until we find an alternative to the ondanestron, will continue with small dose short-term: tried all the natural OTC remedies first. Only possible side effect so far is fatigue. If she wasn't showing all her ribs in the back, I'd have held off longer. Will keep looking.
