The reason why my BP was 200/90 is because I love salty foods and I always use lots of Japanese soy sauce and heavily salted pickles.
Another reason is my parents had stroke and suffered before they die.
I tried salt free diet but taste was miserable.
I know I have no business of eating salty food because no matter how superior vegan diet, when I am consuming too much salt, it doesn't help me my problem of high bp.
I swim about 2 hours 2-3 times a week and walk 1 mile, climb 500 steps, etc, therefore I am doing enough exercise.
What I also need is vitamin D knowing I cannot expose my skin to sunlight like I was doing in summer time.
Vitamin D helps to lower our bp.
