Thanks for the input. You will be happy to know that every day I am juicing about 4 oz. of wheatgrass daily to drink. Daily I also eat sprouts & fresh fruits, no caffeine, sugar, alcohol, bread or milk except goat's milk (which is supposed to be alkaline unlike cow's milk) etc. That has not helped much with the acidity, unfortunately.
As far as standard veggie juicing, it can be helpful but also can be harmful. I believe that too much juicing caused me to become hypothyroid since I did not know that things like spinach are goitrogens. I also became hypoadrenal but there was other stress in my life than too rigorous juice fasting, yet maybe the juicing contributed. Can't know.
