I understand that David Merrill is not very much of an extrovert. Someone suggested to Dave Mack to have him on the call, but said he needed to be handled with kid gloves because of his demeanor.

There was another guy Martin, (handle is 'Miraman') that lives in D.C. (Maryland?) that I got this information from. He's been one of the researchers that is part of the PAGs group on the AIB Rod Class. He was going to try to redeem treasury notes with FRNs. He was really gun-ho about it.

Believe me when I say, he would have been shouting this from the rooftops if it worked for him. But, instead, he's become pretty quiet over this issue. I have not heard come on the AIB calls for some time now. So, I figured it was something that turned into just a theory. Tweet
