Well, my first suggestion to you is to stop stressing. That is the most important thing that you CAN do for your adrenals. What does this stressful life that you are talking about entail?
Second, you may have to take a bunch of supplements. I take 40 pills per day. I'm not saying that you will have to do that but if you do, you might as well not stress about it.
Third, I asked you in your initial post questions about your diet. Can you elaborate on what you consider healthy?
In order to find answers one has to open up to the possibilities that you may not like. I'm noticing a lot of resistance about what is going on. In all uncomfortable situations you have four choices: suffer, change, leave or accept. My suggestion is to practice moving between acceptance and changing. You will have to change in order to heal. You may have to change your diet and the way that you think in order to lessen your stress. You may have to take yourself out of stressful situations. And you may have to take a bunch of supplements. Might as well stop resisting now.
