I've been both on my back and on my right side and I didn't notice any difference in what came out.

My first three flushes were done per Hulda Clark . I did the zapping and the anti-parasitics. I tried three or four different anti-parasitics, they all made me ill, but I did manage to get some small rice looking things out. I also got sick a day or two after using her protocol. You need clean your colon out two to three days after the flush to get out any remaining stones.


I've followed Andreas Moritz 's Liver Flushing regimine ever since and as long as I follow his adive, I'm fine.

I've gotten thousands of parasites out from just the Liver Flushes and colon cleanses.
