I have daughters your same age, actually one 22 and one 20. Perhaps they'll want to do a liverflush someday--they think their mom is a bit strange. They have asked me if I'm not concerned they aren't moving towards marriage and family yet, and I say adamently 'No'. Children, and I love mine, are forever. The responsibility is a joy, but it is a responsbility. Don't rush, dear. Take your time, be healthy, and you are very wise to realize that before you put your body through a pregnancy, it best be in good shape. Many women have gallbladder difficulties WITH their pregnancies because of the pressure....so, even without one, you'll want to be sure that whatever brought on your attack is taken care of.

Take care, have a wonderful birthday, and enjoy the journey. After I rushed through college in three years, my father said, "well, I hope you had fun". I hadn't--I'd skipped the things (like dancing) I would have loved because I felt I was a burden until I could support myself. I'm starting to dance now, all these years later.
