I live in the UK and there are a few others on this site.

The "cheapo" apple juice is OK but you can get some really nice fresh pressed in Sainsbury’s, 3 for about £3.50.

It is difficult to recommend liver herbs and supplements because they all do a slightly different job. They are not as important as the apple juice so do not worry too much about it. I notice that Holland and Barrett have a half price sale on when you can by milk thistle and dandelion root and stuff like that.

Don't get to fussy about everything just live your life, including having a drink etc.

I wondered if you realise or if your doctor told you that birth control pills are notorious for causing Gallstones because they increase the concentration of cholesterol; the main component of common gallstones. Eating plenty of pectin in apples, peaches etc will help counter this problem.
