Re: can i flush?

thanks telman, i live in cornwall, i dont even know where my nearest H&B or sainsburys are! i live in a small village that doesnt have much, but as soon as i can i'll get some herbs.
When i do find a sainsburys though, i will get some of that apple juice, i will make some up from fresh apples when i can.
I do know about pills, its just not feasable atm to come off them, i looked into other things but not for me at this time in my life. i do hope to come off them this year though.
