I just worry. Look at what happened to Karen Carpenter. She died of a heart attack due to severe electrolyte imbalance, plus all the years of muscle wasting which weakened her heart. I'm not calling any one old here, but simply using an example of how older people die all the time from potassium deficiency when they drink that 'Super Dieter's Tea'. Hearts can only take so much and electrolytes have no calories- so please 'indulge' in some salt and some supplements. You got to keep yourself covered in the areas of NaCl, potassium, magnesium, calcium- the basics.
