Stop picking at your skin. Leave it alone. Stop putting things on it. Dont even wash it, leave it be. Not even water.

Take Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics, Make raw milk kefir, go play in some dirt. Eat fermented foods.

Stop eating gluten, pasturized dairy, nuts, legumes, etc.

Adopt a paleo diet full of meats, animal fats, veggies, some starchy tubers, a bit of fruit but perhaps hold off on that for now. Avoid inflammatory foods like nuts, grains, pasturized dairy and legumes.

Find raw milk. Make raw milk kefir. Leave the skin alone, Take ohhiras. Stop shampooing, leave it all alone.
