I think I've always had elevated insulin levels, just not this extreme of a level.
I was overweight as a child and ate RAVENOUSLY everything in sight.
I developed the reactive hypo after several years of abuse with alcohol, drugs, and stress to my body.
It started as straight panic attacks, and then I began noticing it happened more after my morning cereal/orange juice/toast/coffee style breakfasts. Then it just progressed from there.
