I eat no vegetation what so ever. I also personally consider olive oil and coconut oil inferior fats.
Try all animal fat (you can find beef suet online and cook it for more animal fat) and eat only meat and water.
Vitamin C is structurally similar to glucose and requires the same amount of insulin to be utilized by the body. Since my body overproduces insulin and is unable to counter its effects I try to stimulate the least amount of insulin possible.
Iodine has made it worse the last couple of days. However I attribute this to the candida. I believe the candida is being killed off some. Anytime I experience candida die off my hypoglycemia gets so intense I think I'm going to die.
Iodine also make all hormones work better so the insulin the body is producing will cause blood
Sugar crashes at first because it takes 2-3 days for the body to make an adjustment to what you're consuming typically. Sometimes longer because the pancreas is so used to having to produce so much insulin.

Sea Salt , or real salt if your tongue tells you to - salt is vitally important for the adrenals which are usually dysfunctional in people like you and I) and see what happens.
I have mine under control to a degree, but not cured. It sucks living with it.
