lipofen, diovan, simvastatin, metoprolol, and hydrochlorothiazide. She seems to have problems with high blood pressure and cholestoral judging by the medication. What are some things she can take or eat to replace these drugs. She doesn't believe too much in natural medicine so maybe something easy and effective to start off with to help her realize natural does work. thanks

For the cholesterol bitters and lecithin granules work fantastic to get cholesterol down.  Fish oil and chromium polynicotinate are the best for elevated triglycerides.

As for high blood pressure she is taking an ACE inhibitor, a beta blocker and a diuretic.  I cover alternatives to various high blood pressure medications here:
