Sleep Patterns

One of the suggestions for those afflicted with A.F. is to stay asleep (or, at least, in bed) until 8-9a.m.
Myself, when 4:30-4:45a.m rolls around, I don't just want to get up, or can't sleep.., I need to get up.
Is that significant of anything? Does anyone else find it impossible to stay in bed until eight?
I would like to add that I am usually tired enough to go to bed by seven each night.
So, two common characteristics are absent; I do not get a "second wind" around 10:00p.m. and I do not find it hard to get out of bed in the morning.
