Ditto!! 10 to 15 minutes is just right for me too. I understand that a certain Sauna, called Far Infrared, is best because it heats the Body from the inside-out, unlike a steam Sauna which heats from the outside-in.
Like you said....it's fun to try new ideas. I also agree with letting your Body decide what to do. It attaches one to the Body, which flies in the face of Spirituality, which says to lose Body Consciousness. I believe the 'Key' to Life is Body Awareness.....WY
