Icy, you need to rest. The ideal
Water Fasting is conducted in a resting environment. Unfortunately, most of us can't afford that luxury.
I don't know if you can rest or not. But I can tell you that lack of air is somewhat common (I had experienced it, too). I was scared the first time it happened to me, and then I slowed down, and got better.
I don't remember the exact place (I am horrible at citing, documenting, etc.). I believe this difficult breathing and its reasons are fully explained by Shelton.
Just slow down. Your body is doing house cleaning.
Sauna may be a good idea during the first days of Fasting, not later, because of the same reasons. Your system is working hard to keep a normal inner temperature. Extreme temperatures, heat and cold, can be very debilitating during Fasting.
Many people are able to handle well their WF while working. You just need to learn the little personal tricks, and be educated about fasting. The more educated you are on the subject, the better you will feel while doing it. You will be able to tell normal and abnormal apart. You will tell the seriousness of your own symptoms ....decide for yourself.
Just rest as much as you can within your circumstances, and avoid abrupt and fast movements. Stand up carefully to avoid accidents, listen to your body, be prudent. But none of this is possible without reading a lot about the subject.
P.S. High pulse rate is normal. Not a reason to be concerned.
