this acetyldehyde thing has been gone over hundreds of times and debunked thoroughly

excess acetyldehyde causes fainting and coma , it is not possible to be under effects of acetyldehyde poisoning for years without slipping into fainting or coma

yes poor liver function will cause you to feel ill but this is because the liver is adversely affected by high stress levels (ie the more stressed you are the worse your liver functions)
