We've already talked, so you know how I feel. Just wanted to say that if anyone really needs you so much, to call and make an appointed time, and PAY for your services! I'm a writer, and we often say, "If you're good at something, don't do it for free." I will gladly pay for a phone call from you. I wonder if all the complainers would do the same? It seems like for ever $40 order, they expect $100 worth of support. Let them call a pharmacy every day asking these endless questions and see what they will get...not much.

I will continue to try to answer questions here as much as I can, and as I use the Humaworm products more, I will hopefully be able to do more.
