We do have many of the same issues, but people are becoming very aware, particularly in regards to the food we eat, and where, and how, it is grown. I think because we have a smaller population, it just seems as though more people are aware, but I know from friends in the US, that many people are becoming aware of what the big chemical, fossil fuel and pharmaceutical, corporations, are doing, and are not happy about it, and are working for change.

The fact that people are aware of this law suit, is a step in the right direction IMO.
