Remove the black gunk now with organic herbs and clay.

yes! That is exactly what is happening and they take soooo long to heal and never really clear up. I take Epsom Salt baths and that helps heal the swelling in them but does not clear them up.

Is this NAC an easy supplement to find???

I will look at my health food store soon.
