You're welcome. It's the only way I can do flushes. I don't care if the purists don't agree. I just can't stand the taste of ES no matter WHAT I disguise it in.

I can't recall where I got my capsule machine from, but I performed a google search for them and chose the one that was the least expensive.

I selected the largest size. To equal 2 tablespoons, it takes 16 of the 00 size, but I don't care. I take more water than they say to in Hulda Clark 's recipe, but I can't get them all down with just that little bit of water. Don't know about the stomach acid issue. I follow the Blood Type Diet and am A- and have low stomach acid to begin with, so I'm hoping the extra water is what helps.

I use regular ES sold at any store and don't crush it. I don't ever recall reading that you needed to use anything else, but I'm far from an expert.
