Thanks Emster, that's a great idea. I used to have a capsule machine, maybe it's time to get another one. I know it depends on the size of the capsules, but how much Epsom/magnesium sulfate can you cram into 64 capsules? Is that about 2 tablespoons? Do you think it takes a long time for ones stomach acids to break down that many capsules? Again, I know there are different kinds and sizes of capsules.... Also, do you use pharmaceutical grade magnesium sulfate or over-the-counter Epsom Salts , perhaps with a mortar and pestle? Anyway, thanks again!
