I'm doing another flush today/tonight. I did it straight ES ONCE and only once. I'm with you - it sucks. I bought the largest sized capsules I could find and a capsule machine to fill them. Can't recall where I bought either - it's been about 4 years. But I end up filling up about 64 capsules. I'd rather down all those and take one mouthful of ES in water. I find I need a little extra water to help dissolve all the capsules. Other than that, I follow Hulda Clark 's recipe pretty much to the letter.
