I developed strong muscle cramps which worsened as I continued with the drink, etc. The only advice for that was 'maybe you need more calcium (lime water), maybe you need less (i.e. more mag sulfate)...
I tried adjusting the amounts, but that didn't help.
What did help was increasing my betaine HCL, and getting my calcium and magnesium from foods, which in hindsight makes the most common sense.
