Re: Acids, alkalis, yeast/candida

For a permanent solution to the problem, it is necessary to replenish all the alkaline minerals in the correct ratios to each other!

This has nothing to do with it. Alkalinity promotes the growth of Candida by both activating the growth gene, and by converting the Candida in to it highly pathogenic fungal form. I have posted all sorts of proof on this several times.

Acidity controls Candida overgrowth by suppressing the growth gene and by keeping the Candida in its relatively harmless yeast form. This is why all the areas of the body where Candida is normally found are slightly acidic if healthy.

The problem with ACV is that people are using it straight, which is too acidic. Applying vinegar to already irritated tissues can further irritate the tissues, which can aggravate the infection. Try diluting the cider vinegar down until the acidity is closer to the normal acidic pH of the intestines, vaginal cavity and skin.

Or better yet work on restoring the flora in these areas so they can do their job of acidifying these tissues properly.
