Emergency please help.

I am in so much pain and am trying to read on what might be wrong, but cannot concentrate.

Briefly, I have had Gallstones attacks for 7 years, have done about 9 Liver Flushes all with good results. But. 5 days ago I had the worst gallbladder attack ever, lasted about 7 hours. I did every home remedy I have ever done and nothing worked. Eventually it subsided, but the twinges and pangs I have endured since are very strange. The next day I did a liver flush, have eaten lightly since, and now 3 days later I am in an attack. This has never happened before, so soon after a flush.

Is my gallbladder too badly damaged from the attacks to save? I've got a lot of worried people who want to see me have it out.

What should I do ... please if you have any suggestions, I'm feeling quite desperate.
