Re: Bone Pain

For me the pain on my legs is always an indicator (body need rest). So I try to rest and not think of anything. Usually slowly it will come back normal (but as you know with AF, everything is uncertain: how long will it take, etc.) I usually tried to relax and lay down (can't walk btw with aching leg).

Thanks for posting this, I never thought my bone pain has anything to do with AF (I'm already having the bone pain come and go before AF diagnosis whenever I am super tired, despite my young age), now I know lots of you have similar issues.
