Re: Bone Pain

:) I'm not sure how someone could mess up broth. What were you doing to it? All you have to do is cook bones in water.... The longer the better.

There are certainly things you could do to make it even tastier though. Maybe you didn't add enough salt to it? I add enough to taste and after I've spooned out a cup I will add a teasoon of butter and two teespoons of nutritional yeast to the cup that I'm drinking. I actually, don't usually add the salt to the pot, only to my cup, that way I can add as much as I feel like I need in the moment that I'm drinking it.

You can also add a dash of apple cider vinegar before you start to boil it and let it sit for an hour. That is supposed to help it to break down so that you can get more minerals out of it.

There is a line on my fingernails where they go from being white on the tips to being transparent. My accupuncturist thinks the line corresponds with about 5-6 months ago. I think it corresponds with the moment that Dorinne took me off of the minerals that I was taking... Anyhow I just sent off my hair today to get tested by Analytical Research Labs. Here is a link to their site: http://www.arltma.com/

You can call them and have them email you a list of practitioners in your area that use them. I just lucked out and my new accupuncturist just happens to use them.
