Hi trickxmaster, so the 10,000 iu vitamin D daily, 400 iu vitamin e, and 15,000 iu vitamin A... is this what your doc reccomended you take for the inflammation, or what you've come up with on your own?
So, do you eat stuff with gluten in it? If ya do, that will directly lead to inflammation!
It is cool to see that guys here are posting they have bone pain.. so I'm getting more convinced it is an AF thing. I was originally thinking I'm having this problem b/c females are just more prone to it, esp. if you are thin and under BMI, which i am unfortunately.
