Re: Amount of water and when to take it?
Yea Yogi, that's the way I'm doing it right now and it really is the easiest way. Feelings of thirst are easy to understand so as long as you are "listening", you won't need to be worried about dehydration or anything.
I'm going to be breaking this fast with some papaya. Papaya is full of digestive enzymes which seems perfect for a first "meal" after a fast...help my stomach out a bit. I'm also considering using pineapple/pineapple juice to break the fast but I'm questioning whether the acidity of the pineapple will be too much for me.
Doing all this studying has really gotten me thinking about eating on a regular basis. I'm planning on starting every day off with papaya/pineapple because of their natural digestive enzymes. I'm even considering making the effort to begin each meal with one of the two fruits so that I'm always aiding my digestive system a little bit.
I don't know if this is overkill at all, but it seems like a pretty healthy thing to do.
