You might want to go to CZ's Ask Humaworm (even if you don't use their product their answer would probably be valid for all herbal paracides since they include the standard ones) about the colonoscoopy & cleansing timing.

You have to keep up the parasite killing, sometimes for months, & then keep on doing maintainence to keep them away.
