Cannot eat fruit, and have tried these bowel cleansers

Hi - in reply to the suggestions so far: I cannot eat more than 1 pc fruit (a sour one) because more instantly gives me congestion and night sweats. Even if using anti- parasite products. I have used Oxypowder and other oxygen-colon cleanser, IF#1, Paragone, cascara sagrada, etc at various times - none of them are reliable, they only sometimes work.

So the choice I have is to only Liver Flush a couple of times a year when I can actually stay home for the 5 days the extreme special diet would require, or throw caution to the wind and flush more often and hope that the times my bowels refuse to move won't make me too miserable after the flush.

Even Epsom Salts are not reliable. Again though, at least I don't seem to have symptoms pointing to any large stones, so maybe it wouldn't be so bad to have toxins stuck in bowels for a few days after flush?
