Cayenne pepper can treat some of the symptoms I think. Or atleast that's what I'm discovering. My circulation and base body temperature has gotten multitudes better(I've started THROWING off the comforter at night! me! not my furnace of a boyfriend!) since I started using a cayenne cream, and making cayenne pepper/apple cider vinegar/ stevia drink daily. My ability to digest foods seems better as well, and while I've only been doing this for a few weeks, it's gotten easier to lose stubborn weight through exercise. My personal concoction is just Red Devil Cayenne Sauce from Walmart, heinz ACV, and stevia drops. I ordered a bottle of Pepper Slim, a organic extract of cayenne peppers, green tea and other assorted goodies. This might work better, or as well as my own stuff. Who knows? I could almost live off this stuff..
