I didn't know that particularly about sasame seeds. The calcium and protein milk "myth" is usually the 1st things people that are ignorant about vegan nutrition mention first. All leafy greens particularly Kale and Mustard greens contain lots of calcium. Not only that, the calcium they contain is much more bioavailble to the system than any calcium in milk.
