Re: Ease out (post 39 day cleanse) Day 8 &9

Two, 3 poops a day is whats supposed to be normal. My buds kid me on our camping trips when the see me go in the woods several times a day. I don't care. I really don't know how folks function going maybe once every couple of days but that is just so common that folks think that that is what's normal . The term you're full of $H!t starts taking on literal meaning........;+D.

Yeah the wakame will grow a lot compared to when dry. As I mentioned before you are suppose to hydrate it and rinse it before using it in soup. If you don't hydrate and rinse it adds a lot of salt and possibly some dirt/debris.

Actually the chocolate Vega works fine with the greens and as I mentioned before it's the only flavah I can do straight with just water. That helps if you wanna take some with you while you're out and about for an energy boost.

There really isn't a recipe per say for nut milks just maybe the ratio of water to nuts which usually runs around 3:1 for me. You throw them in the blender and tha'ts that. Maybe add some flavoring with dates, vanilla, cinamon etc. Some folks don't strain at all but then to me that is not really a nut milk from the view of taste and texture and from a digestive point cause the system still has to deal with all the fiber.

Personally I don't care for the texture if you leave the pulp in. To me part of the enjoyment of nut milks is having the light liquid and nut flavor without the bulk fiber. most if not all of the store bought almond milks they leave to much pulp for my taste. I was delighted the first time I made almond milk and strained all the pulp out. Mmmmm mmmm light and delishus!

When I use nuts in the smoothie it's a small part of the smoothie so the texture is not an issue You can use cheese cloth in a pinch. The thing with the cheese cloth is you can't reuse it. Before I got my  bag I strained through loose white linen. That you can wash and resuse but obviously won't last as long and the purpose made nylon mesh bags. Trust me and have some linen or cheese cloth handy to really get the real treat of what a fresh made nut milk is supposed to taste like. I assume that you know to use only raw nuts and not roasted.
