Ease out (post 39 day cleanse) Day 8 &9
So I had the smoothie this morning, it was REALLY filling and pretty good, to boot! Big poop afterwards, still felt full. May play around w the size cuz it may have been more than I needed...will see... : 0 )
I had a combination of black bean & corn salad, guacamole, hummus and salsa (I had made each of these). Big poop afterwards.
Had some raw
Celery and broccoli, as well.
Had herbal tea throughout the day, as well as my daily (organic) cuppa green tea. Drank lots of hot water.
Had the miso w Wakame (might have been a bit overzealous in my tossing in the dried seaweed, so really, it was Wakame w a bit of miso)it was really tasty! : 0 ) - Thanks for that suggestion, Pepe.
Found myself getting a bit tired earlier tonight (possibly because I'd had a long day at that point), but once I ate, I was less so. Big poop again. : 0 )
I like that my comfortable default is not being full of food, post-cleanse. : 0 )
Will bite the bullet tomorrow and go buy the big container of Vega (Vanilla Chai cuz I can't see Chocolate flavour working w the greens).
Am loving how I think about food now...am planning to get some daikon radish and make the daikon and carrot salad. Also, possibly coconut lime (brown) rice.
Am planning on making some baked veggie samosas (w lots of spices) in the next week or so.
Also found a recipe online for cashew milk that doesn't require nut milk bags (have to admit that I giggle a bit whenever I write/say that term)! : 0 )
Am feeling like I need to get back to more exercise than the hour or two of walking I've been doing pretty much every other day. P90X time, maybe?
