about the coconut... you might be able to appreciate this--I haven't found much interest.


I just fine hand-grated two coconuts, (it's a start) thinking to gently cook up some coconut oil, and then, for a second experiment, to make a pail of such coconut and ferment it, in order to get some "cold-pressed" raw OCO.

The coconut meat got me thinking about macaroons, or perhaps a kind of pie crust (I'm not a pie person, normally)..in any case, your muffins sound awfully good.


Water fasting has opened up a whole new way of viewing nutriment. I dried yesterday two pans of cranberries, and now they are almost melt-in-the-mouth. I like 6 or 7
in green tea. edit:
(now I'm thinking to grind them along with my dried citrus peels, and add to powdered nettles and alfalfa, kelp, etc.
