Re: Post-fasting period
hmmmm, how very nice to hear this sort of intuitive scanning.
I can totally relate.
"spiced a small amount of chia gel with capers and fresh greens (basil and coriander). That was so awesome, I couldn't believe that capers could taste so good."
I can taste it. happy for you.
As for the egg, you would probably really enjoy a true ceasar salad. Raw yolk, no white.I started to feel a craving for one of those just recently. Just a small amount.
Previously, I'd been vegan for some time--and was very happy eating my version of a ceasar--with tahini and dijon as the prime ingredients.
I was just reading about millet and B17, and thinking about my love for stone fruit seeds, when eaten as part of the fruit...
I believe that we get to a place, with water fasting, where we can literally have tiny bites of whatever is appealing, --in a true sense; that is, not a junky/false craving, and the body makes use of it the same way a sky makes use of a bird. One bird's arc is a joy and a necessity -or so I see it- to a seamless sky.
enjoy! it's a great path, full of blessing.
Thanks for sharing

Have you read "the emanation body"? I think the author has a similar POV. Too bad she's passed on... Imagine the dinner 'party'. :-)
