Well, I was taking Colloidal Silver Daily (MesoSilver and Utopia-Silver ), Sutherlandia OPC, Shegoi, Olive Leaf Extract and a couple other supplements. I never went the route of the Bob Beck Protocol. I have yet to read about a single HIV+ person who has posted hard numbers regarding viral load decrease/ CD4 increase after using the Bob Beck protocol.
As I said, I was asymptomatic for almost five years. The rapid decline of my health was frightening and unnecessary. I am not saying that alternative therapies are unhelpful or do not work. If a person had the funds, the time, and was being treated by a doctor who oversaw the process, I believe that alternative therapies may hold some power in fighting HIV. But once again, very few HIV+ people come back with hard numbers regarding the efficacy of alternative treatments. I take and believe that Sutherlandia OPC herbal cancer cure has promise, but it deals with rebuilding the immune system, not reducing the viral load. A high viral load will eventually take a toll on the body and the immune system. I say this as a result of the way I felt when my viral load was <300,000, versus my current undetectable viral load.
As I said before, I do not discourage you from exploring your treatment options. All I said was do not underestimate the HIV virus and its ability to destroy your immune system. No matter what treatment option you decide upon, have a medical doctor monitor your viral load and CD4 count. If you at least monitor your health in this way, you can measure the effectiveness of whichever treatment you decided upon. Best.
