You have posted many messages so instead of reading them I would like to know if you have had tests for Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity. You would have to had anti gliadin, anti tissue transglutaminase and endomycin. The test I had also included some
food allergies common in Celiacs. I also had the DNA HLA DQ marker analyzed which showed I was at high risk for developing both Celiac Disease and Leaky Gut Syndrome (non-celiac sprue).
In retrospect my first sympton of the intestinal autoimmune reaction was pain in my lower abdomen near the appendix. I've read since that the damage starts in the lower small intestine which is at the iliac valve about an
inch inward from the iliac crest.
I'm allergic to hot peppers and after using turmeric for several years couldn't tolerate it then couldn't tolerate other spices tho I can tolerate cinnamon again.
