I would try minuscule amounts of turmeric and work my way up. I honestly think it's die off, but wouldn't bet your life on it, if u really are allergic (like some people are to nuts).
Turmeric is great at what it does.
The other I would do is the blend of dandelion/milk thistle from Oregon's Wild Harvest. This will stimulate digestion and help the liver like Turmeric will.
