Everything I eat is approved by my ND. For breakfast I usually have two friend eggs and an organic beef, nitrate-free hot dog. The eggs are cooked in Pam.

For lunch sometimes I don't eat anything. Usually I have some orangic, nitrate free turkey slices with some flax oil/garlic spread (yummy and healthy), with cucumbers, onions, avocado and cilantro. Today I tried some goat's milk yogurt with stevia, but I'm not sure if my stomach likes this yet. A little iffy.

For dinner I eat either turkey, organic beef or chicken. The beef we usually bbq, the chicken we bbq'd the other night and it was great. The turkey we usually make with an indian curry sauce. I have veggies with every meal at dinner. That's about it. In a month or so I will add some nuts in. I also drink a lot of water all day. That's it.
