Are you taking any probiotics? I would scrap your meat diet for a raw vegan diet...with lots of greens....or a mostly raw vegan diet with lots of greens and just a small amount of meat (though it really isn't necessary)...
Take tons of heavy duty probiotics...those help....FloraSource is a good one..can only order it online, but it's quite good.
If you aren't taking probiotics you won't be building up your good bacteria....
And as for low adrenals....that might be a part of what is going on with you, but that in and of itself doesn't cause the candida...it is more than likely caused by whatever caused your candida overgrowth in the first place. For me it was being on strong and stronger
Antibiotics for a solid year....I had adrenal exhaustion, severe B vitamin depletion, severe candida.....had to quit school and work, had no social life for months...wne through a phase where I felt and was like a zombie...very inward focused, not at all social or outgoing, walked around mumbling swear words under my breath, everything made me mad......and I knew I was like this, but I couldn't make it stop....but I slowly got better....but I also did not eat anything with any
Sugar in it or yeast for over 6 years...that was 6 years without having fruit or bread etc. At the time, I didn't even know what was wrong with me, had never heard of candida, just knew what made me feel bad. Sugar.
So don't know what you want to do.....or what you can do...if it makes you feel better...do it...if it doesn't....then it is not working for you...so don't do it?

It helped alot, but it didn't take the candida long to reassert itself once I started eating sugars again.
