I'm sorry for saying thanks so late. - I was without internet because of technical problems for the past few days.

Uny, thank you for explaining, why fomentations are much better for topical applications than sprays. - That totally makes sense to me. Herbal fomentations will now be part of my folliculitis-healing-plan.

And water, thanks for the info about essential- oils-compresses. For now I'll go with the fomentations and essential oils apllied with a carrier oil, but I'll keep the essential-oils-compress-method in my mind for future use.
