The hang up method is just all you can do sometimes.

I guess there can be some really good counselors, but it would be hard to find ones you could trust probably.

I've always just preferred to go directly to God for issues instead of counselors or ministers or whatever, but I know some people have been helped going to either of those, or just talking it out with a good safe friend.
