Making SSKI

Hi Everyone

I’ve been supplementing with Lugols Iodine for about a year now and have been having great results. After reading about SSKI , I have decided to switch to that, but since I live in the UK I’ll have to make it myself.

So I’ve ordered 100gms of Potassium Iodide 99.% USP ultra pure grade and distilled water. But after reading as much as I can, I’m still a bit confused about how to make it. From what I have gathered, all I have to do is measure out about 100ml of distilled water and keep adding the Potassium Iodide powder until the powder stops dissolving in the water. Is that right?

And if you’re using SSKI , do you have to supplement with Magnescent Iodine as well?

Any information you guys can give me will be much appreciated.
